Privacy Policy

1. Scope This policy explains how Creative Breakroom LLC ("Stratos.Live") handles personal information for our website and apps. Privacy questions: privacy@getstratoslive.com.

2. Information we collect - Account information: email address, display name, authentication identifiers, and sign-in provider if you use one. - Compliance information: age confirmation, the legal documents and versions you accepted, timestamps, self-declared location, and country inferred from your connection. - Usage information: pages viewed, scans run, filters, saved selections, tickets you record, device and browser type, approximate location from IP, and log data. - Payment information: plan, status and billing identifiers from our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number. - Support information: messages you send us.

3. What we do not collect We do not ask for government ID, bank credentials or gambling account passwords. Sportsbook API credentials you choose to save are stored for your own account use and are never included in a data export or shared.

4. Why we use it - To provide the service, your account, saved work and subscription. - To keep records of legal acknowledgements, age confirmation and jurisdiction, which we are expected to hold. - To secure the platform, prevent fraud and abuse, and enforce our terms. - To measure and improve product performance and model quality. - To send service messages. Marketing email only if you opt in, and never as a condition of holding an account.

5. Legal bases Where the GDPR or similar law applies, we rely on: performance of our contract with you (providing the service), legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, product improvement), legal obligation (record keeping), and consent (marketing, optional cookies) which you can withdraw at any time.

6. Sharing We share personal information only with:

• service providers acting for us: hosting, database and authentication, email delivery, payments, error monitoring and analytics;
• sports data and odds providers, only as needed to serve your requests, never your identity;
• authorities, when we are legally required, or to protect rights and safety;
• a successor entity in a merger or acquisition, subject to this policy.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers for cross-context behavioural advertising.

7. Affiliate and outbound links If you follow a link to a sportsbook, that operator collects its own data under its own policy. We may receive a signal that a referral occurred, plus an anonymous reference we generated. We do not receive your account details from them.

8. Retention Account and compliance records are kept while your account is open. After deletion we keep consent records, audit logs and transaction records only where needed for legal, accounting, security, fraud-prevention or dispute purposes, and then delete or anonymise them. Market and analytics data that does not identify you may be kept indefinitely.

9. Your rights Depending on where you live you may access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, port your data, and appeal a refusal. You will not be treated differently for exercising a right. Use the Privacy Center in your account to view consent history, download your data, manage marketing, or request deletion, or write to privacy@getstratoslive.com.

10. Security We use encrypted transport, row-level access controls, least-privilege service credentials and audit logging. No system is perfectly secure; tell us immediately if you suspect a problem.

11. International transfers Our providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States. Where required we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

12. Children Stratos is not for anyone under 21, or under the higher local minimum age. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If we learn we have, we delete it.

13. Cookies and similar technologies We use storage that is strictly necessary for sign-in, security and your saved preferences, plus limited analytics. You can clear or block storage in your browser, but sign-in will stop working.

14. Changes We publish new versions of this policy with an effective date, and ask you to acknowledge material changes.
