Subscriptions
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel any time from your account; access continues to the end of the period already paid for.
Day passes and single-period products
Day passes and weekly passes are single-period products that grant immediate access and do not renew. Because access is immediate, they are non-refundable once used, except where the law says otherwise.
Billing errors
We refund genuine billing errors, duplicate charges and failed access. Contact Creativebreakroominfo@gmail.com within 30 days with the charge date and amount.
Statutory rights
Nothing here removes rights you have under consumer law in your country.
No wagering refunds
Stratos never holds wagering funds. Bets, stakes, settlements and payouts are between you and your operator.
