Terms of Service

1. Who we are Stratos.Live ("Stratos", "we", "us") is an independent sports data and analytics platform operated by Creative Breakroom LLC, 5220 Somerset Hill Lane. You can reach us at legal@getstratoslive.com.

2. What Stratos is, and what it is not Stratos.Live provides statistical modelling, market pricing analysis and research tools for sports markets.

• Stratos is not a sportsbook, bookmaker, casino, gambling operator, payment processor or money transmitter.
• We do not accept wagers, hold wagering funds, settle wagers, pay winnings, or place wagers on your behalf, automatically or otherwise.
• Every wager you place is your own decision, made and funded by you, at a third-party operator you choose.
• Nothing on Stratos is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to place any particular wager.

3. Eligibility You may use Stratos only if you are at least 21 years old, or the minimum legal age where you live if that age is higher, and only if using a sports analytics service is lawful where you are. You must give accurate eligibility and location information, and update it if it changes. We may suspend or close accounts that do not meet these conditions.

4. Your account You are responsible for your login credentials and for everything done through your account. Tell us promptly at support@getstratoslive.com if you believe your account has been used without your permission. One person, one account.

5. Acceptable use You agree not to:

• scrape, resell, redistribute, sublicense or commercially exploit our data, odds, models, outputs or content;
• reverse engineer, copy or attempt to derive our models, formulas or source code;
• use automated systems to access the service beyond limits we set, or interfere with its operation;
• present Stratos outputs as guaranteed results, insider information, or as a wagering service you operate;
• use Stratos to promote unlicensed gambling, or in any way that breaks the law where you are.

6. Data, odds and third-party content Odds, scores, statistics, schedules, team and league marks, and news are supplied by third parties. They may be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and they change constantly. We show market prices as observed at a point in time; the price at a sportsbook when you act may differ. We do not warrant that any data is accurate, current or fit for any purpose, and we are not responsible for third-party terms, availability or decisions.

7. Model outputs Confidence, value, edge, grades, probability estimates, parlay constructions and similar figures are analytical estimates produced from models and market data. They are not predictions of certain outcomes, not guarantees, and not offers. Past model performance never predicts future results.

8. Subscriptions and payments Paid plans, if you buy one, renew automatically until cancelled and are billed through our payment processor. Prices, features and limits may change on notice. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

9. Third-party links and affiliate relationships Some links take you to sportsbooks or other partners. We may be compensated when you register, deposit or complete a qualifying action. Compensation never changes how a model scores a market. See our Affiliate Disclosure.

10. Intellectual property Stratos owns the platform, its models, interfaces and original content. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the service for your own non-commercial research. All other rights are reserved.

11. Suspension and termination You may stop using Stratos at any time and may request deletion of your data. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms, if we must for legal or security reasons, or if we discontinue the service.

12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent the law allows. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stratos is not liable for gambling losses, lost profits, lost opportunity, or any indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, in which case they apply only as far as the law allows.

13. Indemnity You agree to cover our reasonable losses arising from your misuse of the service or your breach of these terms.

14. Changes We may update these terms. When a change is material we publish a new version, record its effective date, and ask you to accept it before you continue using affected features. Continued use after a non-material change means you accept it.

15. Governing law and disputes These terms are governed by the laws applicable at 5220 Somerset Hill Lane, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We will try in good faith to resolve any dispute informally first; write to legal@getstratoslive.com.
